Company history
Sysman Informatics was founded in 2002, following an initiative made by Hungarian natural persons. We operate as an independent leading consultant in IT operation; our specialty is the infrastructure of IT systems of high difficulty, but in addition we collaborate with our partners concerning proposed solutions to IT operation problems. Sysman Informatics Co. owns an ISO 9001 quality control qualification to all its IT processes and activities, and an ISO 14001 environment control qualification.
Sysman can help reducing Total Cost of Ownership and therefore create additional value to its clients by the following ways:
- Optimizing IT processes
- Performing consolidations, migrations, audits
- Optimizing proposals for infrastructure and architecture
- Backup-restore planning, scheduling and introducing testing methodologies
- Fine tuning of systems, applications, and databases
- Implementation of load balancing and disaster proof solutions
- Preparation of SLA (Service Level Agreement) and OLA (Operation Level Agreement).

Information on ISO 9001:2008 standard

ISO (International Organization for Standardization) released the ISO 9001:2008 standard on 2008. November 15. As we announced in an earlier newsletter the new standard does not includes new requirements, only minor modifications were made in the text serving the simpler understanding.

As major Hungarian partner of both two companies Sysman was invited to SUN – Symantec common partner conference held in San Francisco. There we had the opportunity to hear the planned novelties from the top management of both two companies.

We are proud to announce that we won the Service Partner of the Year prize for the second time from SUN Microsystems Hungary, which prize is given by the SUN management based on the positive feedbacks and level of satisfaction of the clients.
