Support service provided by Sysman includes: desktop and server side maintenance of hardware components used by the customer; installation of security patches on software running on servers; application error handling/fixing; monitoring of log files; HelpDesk and Desktop Support for critical error fixing, error registration, reporting, escalation, and monitoring.
Fault-proof storage system (storage, backup, archive) and application integration: aim of the project is to provide a unified backup system to the Silicon Labs Hungary’s varied (Solaris and Windows based) engineering planning and simulation environment and to provide a convenient disaster plan to the availability of information services (BIA, RA, Planning, Implementation). During the implementation HP tools and Veritas NetBackup were used.
